Community Grants

CELI’s Community Grants goal is to activate Skills for Success (SFS) in the ESCQ.

The CELI grants framework is designed to enhance the grantees’ capacity to develop and implement SFS-based English literacy and essential skills, and employment and employability programs and services. Through this capacity-building at the organizational level, CELI will increase the availability and access to services that directly address the needs and priorities of local communities.

These are the 6 CELI-funded Projects for 2025-2026
