2025–2026 CELI Community of Practice: Final Outcome Report

This report presents the outcomes of the 2025–2026 CELI Community of Practice, a three-session initiative designed to support practitioners in Quebec’s English-speaking literacy, community and employment sectors in applying the Skills for Success framework. It summarizes participant experiences and survey findings, explores how the CoP strengthened learning, confidence, and practical application, and identifies key themes that emerged across sessions, including relationship-centered practice, the emotional aspects of learning, and the growing importance of digital literacy. The report also examines the value of peer exchange, the challenges and tensions raised by participants, and the extent to which learning was transferred into real-world practice. Finally, it assesses the sustainability of the CoP model and provides recommendations for how the approach can be continued and scaled within future programming.
